The Pugh's
Affectionately known as TNT. Terrell and Taneisha have known each other since ages 14 and 16. As high school sweethearts, married in 2002, the have weathered many storms and gained much wisdom through life's experiences. They have eight beautiful children, one who has gone on to be the Lord. Their passion for studying and teaching God's Word, counseling, as well as providing pastoral care for individuals is a cornerstone of their lives. Leisurely, they enjoy family time, exploring the great outdoors, traveling, road tripping, theme parks, ziplining, and a good movie.


Terrell Pugh
Currently the pastor and Counseling Director for Arise and Live Christian Counseling.

Terrell also holds a Master's degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling and is a Doctorate Candidate currently completing his research in Developmental Psychology (PhD).
As a counselor, he works with those challenged with various forms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Much of his work focuses on marriage, family issues, and developmental issues.

As an Ordained Pastor since 2006 pastoral and professional leader he works with churches and Christian organizations to help develop and train individuals in the area of mental health healing and counseling.
​
He has previously served as an affiliate pastor with the House of David Ministries, in Orlando, FL and has previously served as pastor of Nehemiah Teaching Ministries. His is currently the pastor of Arise and Live Church, located in Fayetteville, Georgia.
He has designed and taught courses in the areas of Christian Studies (systematic theology), Spiritual Enrichment, Apologetics, and Ministry Training. He is also a published author and an astute public speaker.
Taneisha Pugh
Currently the Lead Counselor for Arise and Live Christian Counseling.

Taneisha also holds a Master's degree in Psychology and is currently working on her Doctorate in Forensic Psychology.
​
Taneisha is also a founding member of Women of the Word, an organization that focuses on women's issues within relationships. As a counselor and Minister of the Gospel, she has a God-given passion for helping families and marriages tackle the difficulties of the twenty-first century. Serving alongside her husband in ministry, she brings over a decade of ministry experience and several areas of expertise to ALCC. She is also a published author and a dynamic speaker.
With Matthew 6:25-34 as encourages other to "love passionately, serve earnestly, and laugh allot! Know that everything happens when they should. Therefore, learn from yesterday, live in today as you plan for tomorrow. Lastly, find something to be grateful for every chance you get."
